Summer's fashion statements are on the no-no list for proper attire at Garden City High School, and the district has gone so far as to send out an e-broadcast showing what is and isn't acceptable this fall. Heading to a new parlor
Jessica Boren leaves Sunday for Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates where New York University has opened a campus. She was one of 188 students accepted out of the more than 9,000 who applied from all over the world. She grins and says she is probably the only student who was raised in a tattoo parlor.
